If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please call me within 7 days of receiving your order so I can make things right.
If you ever need a repair, please let me know the minute it happens. I evaluate all situations by email, please send me photos and I will contact you back with repair options.
Free Repairs Within 30 Days We offer complimentary repairs for any issues within 30 days of your purchase. After this period, repairs will be assessed, and costs will be determined based on the required work.
What is Covered Under 30 Day Limited Warranty
- All beads and findings are intact, but hair needs to be repaired plus the cost of shipping (customer is responsible for shipping cost to me make sure you have insurance on your package)
- Lost Beads, Charms, or Ear Wires If you lose a bead, charm, or ear wire, we will contact you with a free estimate letting you know the fee before proceeding with the replacement. The cost will vary depending on the style of the item, plus shipping fees.
- Broken ear wires, lost clasps, broken or damaged rings - We will provide a free estimate before replacement, will vary depending on style of bead/charm plus the cost of shipping
- Epoxy breakdown, beads and clasp have moved plus cost of shipping
What is Not Covered Under 30 Limited Warranty
- Color changes/tarnishing/color fading of beads
- Abuse or damage that exceeds normal wear
- Hair breakage from wear
